The City of Bowling Green recently partnered with Bowen National Research to conduct a housing needs assessment of Bowling Green and Warren County. The study analyzed a variety of local factors that affect housing needs – ranging from commuting patterns, income levels, and employment. The study highlighted that Bowling Green-Warren County has a high population of both Millennials and Baby Boomers, putting the community at an advantage in terms of maintaining and continuing growth patterns. Overall, the analysis concluded that our community has housing needs of all kinds, at all price points – from low-income, subsidized housing to high-income housing, both in apartments/condominiums and single-family housing.
