This area is divided into four sections for administrative purposes. Overall the area will be rezoned from RM-3 & RM-4 multi-family to RS-1A & RS-1D single family. There is a small triangle of RM-3 on the airport property as a cleanup that will go from RM-3 multi-family to P public.

Briarwood-Woodhollow – This area is a small portion of Woodhollow Way to be rezoned from RM-3 multi-family to RS-1A single family. It is described seperately from the other RS-1A rezoning for administrative purposes. Click here for a map, boundary description and list of addresses.

Briarwood-Lovers Lane – This area consists of the smaller lot, attached single family homes located closest to Lovers Lane. It is proposed to be rezoned from RM-3 & RM-4 multi-family to RS-1D single family. Click here for a map, boundary description and list of addresses.

Briarwood-Manor – This area is in the “heart” of the newer Briarwood neighborhood. It is proposed to be rezoned from RM-3 multi-family to RS-1A single family. Click here for a map, boundary description and list of addresses.

Briarwood-Airport – This area is a small triangular remnant of past zoning that is being combined with the rest of the airport property zoning. This triangle will go from RM-3 multi-family to P public to match the rest of the airport zoning. Click here for a map and boundary description.
