On the graph analyzing trends over the last decade, we can see that the number of single family lots approved dipped a little over the past year. Approvals for multi-family units fell sharply from last year when it peaked. Our staff, like many of our sister agencies, is always busy and trying to keep up with the demands of our rapidly growing community. We’re looking forward to all the projects, development, and planning challenges coming our way in 2025! Some things to look forward to in planning: we’ll be updating our long-range transportation plan later this year, which will outline transportation priority projects for Bowling Green and Warren County through the year 2050.
