- 2024-32-Z-BG – Harshit Patel (applicant) and Alford Legacy, LLC (owner) have filed an application to rezone 5.1065 +/- acres located at the Southeast corner of Campbell Lane and Thoroughbred Drive from RM-4 (Multi-family Residential) and GB (General Business) to HB (Highway Business) with a general development plan.
