  1. 2024-32-Z-BG – Harshit Patel (applicant) and Alford Legacy, LLC (owner) have filed an application to rezone 5.1065 +/- acres located at the Southeast corner of Campbell Lane and Thoroughbred Drive from RM-4 (Multi-family Residential) and GB (General Business) to HB (Highway Business) with a general development plan.   2. 2024-33-Z-CO – Bowling Green Convention and Visitors Bureau (applicant) and Beechtree Farms, Inc. (owner) have filed an application to rezone 1.21 +/- acres, located on Ewing Way located approximately 200 feet northwest of Ewing Ford Road, from RS-1A (Single-family Residential) and HB (Highway Business) to HB with a general development plan.   3. 2024-34-Z-BG – Warren County Board of Education has filed an application to rezone 20.00 +/- acres, located on Dillard Road, on the Northeast side of the intersection of Dillard Road and Bettersworth Road, from AG (Agriculture) to P (Public) with a general development plan.
