Staff at the Planning Commission have been hard at work updating several Focal Point Plans for Warren County’s incorporated small cities. These include updated revisions to the Woodburn, Smiths Grove, and Oakland Focal Point Plans. We’ve taken these plans to the web for a more interactive and concise content.
