We’ll do a full roundup of numbers in our January newsletter, comparing development trends over the past ten years, but 2022 has nearly reached the 2021 totals for single-family lots approved and we have one quarter left in the calendar year. The remainder of this year will likely bring 2022 totals to surpass our record high for single-family lots approved, already topping nearly 2,600. That’s just one indicator of growth our City and County is experiencing. The table below explores the numbers for the various services our staff provides. As always, we welcome questions and comments anytime. Contact our office at planninginfo@bgky.org.
