NewsWinter 2024 Newsletter

This wouldn’t be a newsletter post without us mentioning that we’re growing. Our 2023 recap numbers show just that – see the table below for our 2023 activity and the graph at the bottom for a look over the last decade.

On the graph analyzing trends over the last decade, we can see that the number of single family lots approved took quite a big dip this past year, but our approvals for multi-family units is still soaring above all previous years. Our staff, like many of our sister agencies, is always busy and trying to keep up with the demands of our rapidly growing community. We’re looking forward to all the projects, development, and planning challenges coming our way in 2024! Some things to look forward to in planning: we’ll be updating our long-range transportation plan later this year, which will outline transportation priority projects for Bowling Green and Warren County through the year 2050.
