A public hearing is tentatively scheduled for the items listed below on November 20, 2024, at 5:00 pm. IN PERSON at Warren County Courthouse located at 429 East 10th Avenue Bowling Green, KY 42101 in the Fiscal Court Room. OLD BUSINESS
- ODP-04-2024 – A Himalaya KY2 Properties LLC c/o Paresh Patel – The applicants have applied for an amendment to an overlay development plan on the property located at 173 Traditions Boulevard containing 2.6249 +/- acres. The current purposed amendment relates to the elevations for the office building and the multi-family buildings, as well as changes to the site layout. PUBLIC HEARING
- ODP-10-2024 – The HUB RRE, LLC – The HUB at Lovers Lane – The applicants have applied for an amendment to an overlay development plan on the property located on the northeast corner of Lovers Lane and Hub Boulevard containing 3.73 +/- acres. The original ODP plan was approved earlier this year for the construction of a mixed-use commercial building. The proposed amendment includes the addition of windows along the east elevation, an additional door on the front facade, and changes to the rear access doors along the north elevation.
