ODP-14-2026 – KY Skin Center c/o Robert Skaggs – The applicant has applied for an overlay development plan amendment for architectural alterations to the proposed structure along Lovers Lane, between 560 and 618 Lovers Lane, located at the south terminus of Midsummer Street.
