IN PERSON at Warren County Courthouse located at 429 East 10th Avenue Bowling Green, KY 42101 in the Fiscal Court Room. A copy of all applications, maps, general development plans, and staff report are typically available on the Friday prior to the meeting date on our website https://www.warrenpc.org/design-review.
  1. ODP-01-2024 – Pinnacle Financial Partners – has applied for approval of an Overlay Development Plan on a tract of land containing 1.620 +/- acres located on 466 Hazen Court. The plan proposes the construction of a financial institution. This property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) with a general development plan.
