A public hearing is tentatively scheduled for the items listed below on October 21, 2026, at 5:00 pm. IN PERSON at Warren County Courthouse located at 429 East 10th Avenue Bowling Green, KY 42101 in the Fiscal Court Room. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

    1. ODP-18-2026 – Don Franklin Kia and DP Bowling Green Properties, LLC c/o Eddie Franklin and Jill Davis – The applicants have filed for an overlay development plan seeking approval for additional wall signage for the proposed auto sales building located southwest of the intersection of Lovers Lane and Ken Bale Boulevard.
