IN PERSON at Warren County Courthouse located at 429 East 10th Avenue Bowling Green, KY 42101 in the Fiscal Court Room.   1. ODP-05-2026 – Lovers Lane Partners, LLC c/o Andy Shultz – The applicants have applied for an amendment to an overlay development plan for the property located at 750 Lovers Lane. The applicants are proposing the addition of a sign to the façade facing Carlisle Boulevard. This property is zoned HB (Highway Business) with a general development plan.
