A public hearing is tentatively scheduled for the items listed below on September 16, 2026, at 5:00 pm. IN PERSON at Warren County Courthouse located at 429 East 10th Avenue Bowling Green, KY 42101 in the Fiscal Court Room. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

    1. ODP-16-2026 – Olde Towne Apartments at Mount Victor, LLC c/o Vince Berta – The applicant has applied for an overlay development plan amendment for architectural alterations to Buildings 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 located at 275 New Towne Drive. ODP-17-2026 – Lovers Lane Apartments c/o Renee Isaacs and Sugar Bear Properties, LLC – The applicant has applied for an overlay development plan amendment for architectural alterations to the property located at 1106 Lovers Lane.
