IN PERSON at Warren County Courthouse located at 429 East 10th Avenue Bowling Green, KY 42101 in the Fiscal Court Room. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
- ODP-10-2026 – Pennyroyal Market c/o Laura Gilbert – The applicant has applied for an amendment to an overlay development plan for the property located at 2459 Mt. Victor Lane. The applicant is proposing the addition of a sign on the front façade. This property is zoned RS-1A and HB (Single Family Residential and Highway Business). - ODP-11-2026 – The HUB RRE, LLC c/o Nick Cesnik (property owner) and Pat Martins BBQ (applicant) – The applicants have applied for an overlay development plan amendment for the property located at 495 Lovers Lane. The applicant is proposing architectural alterations, as well as a reduction in the overall footprint of the building. This property is zoned HB (Highway Business) with a general development plan.
