City County Planning Commission will never request payment by email, wire transfer, or third-party apps. Do not respond to messages asking you to “finalize” Planning applications with payment. Official communication only comes in person, by phone or @bgky.gov email. If you have questions, please contact our office prior to any payment.
Applications, Forms & Fees
Below you will find various Planning Commission applications, forms and the current fee schedule available here for you to print. The forms are in Adobe Acrobat format and you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the applications and forms.
Online payments will be subject to processing charges of 3% per transaction in addition to our normal fees. Please make sure you have an invoice or have contacted our office prior to paying with a credit card.
