Our numbers for development and construction are still holding steady. Construction is currently high, following the many quarters of record numbers for single-family and multi-family developments. Note, with the hire of our Code Enforcement Officer just over a year ago, our agency has filled the gap of zoning complaints and compliance. Needless to say, our staff is staying busy to keep up with the growing demands of the community.
