                  Urban Growth Design Review Board

The Urban Growth Design Review Board shall be composed of seven (7) members, of which three (3)  shall be appointed by the Warren County Judge/Executive with approval by the Warren County Fiscal Court and three (3) members appointed by the Mayor of the City of Bowling Green with approval by the Bowling Green Board of Commissioners.  One (1) member shall be jointly appointed by both the City and the County.  It shall be a preference, but not a requirement, that two of the members should be licensed, certified, or employed in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, planning, or design.  Each member shall serve a staggered two (2) year term.  Initially each governing body shall appoint two (2) members to a one (1) year term, and one (1) member to a two (2) year term.  All subsequent appointments shall be for two years.  A member may be re-appointed, subject to the approval of each governing body.
